CP planners endorse D&L Wood expansion plan

The existing business is about 17,500 square feet with 6,000 square feet for storage.

The new building will be a total of about 25,000 square feet and be built at a cost of about $2 million. Engineering consultant Jeff Ban, of DVG Inc., in Crown Point, said it will take another 30 to 60 days to complete the sale’s closing, and the goal is to open the new building in the spring.
